A comfortable and spacious "respondents check-in area" where the Field Work Quality Control (QC) Department double-check the respondents validity. Meanwhile, respondents can fill in pre-group questionnaires when they are required.
An advanced audio visual network including four cameras which allows clients to observe and participate in focus groups from anywhere in the world. DVD recordings in English and Chinese are complimentary for all focus groups.
