Facilities Introduction

Our Shanghai facilities are owned, and operated by us, and are located inside our city center office facilities. In addition we have a tight network of 20 additional research centers covering all major markets in China, which meet our high standards.

DDMA Shanghai Facilities

Our focus group room is very large – we have seated 25 respondents with space to spare for research before. Clients can observe groups from behind a large one-way glass wall. We are able to provide recorded video from two mounted cameras, and an additional high quality portable Sony camera for any special angles clients may need. Sound capture quality is excellent from fully built-in Logitech audio recording equipment. Moderators can also make use of wall-to-wall whiteboards.

The observation room is large enough to very comfortably seat 10 people – or 20 with less space.

For translation we have a separate room for an interpreter to sit. You have access to 10 wireless headphones to listen to live sound or the interpreter’s translated feed.

In addition we have plenty of storage space onsite to store clients’ materials such as large product trolleys.
